Production process

Extrusion blow molding: The extruder continuously extrudes hollow tubes, cuts them into small sections, and moves them to the extrusion blow mold for blowing and molding. This process equipment is simple and requires minimal investment, but the bottle mouth is uneven and poorly sealed. LDPE is usually used as the raw material, which has low permeability and a short shelf life for the charge.

Two step method of "injection blowing": A common injection molding machine is used to inject and shape a tube blank, and the bottle head of the tube blank has been formed. Then, the tube blank is manually placed on a heater to heat and adjust the temperature, and then moved to a blowing machine to be blown into shape with compressed air. This process equipment is relatively simple, requires less investment, has a smooth bottle mouth, and good sealing, but it is prone to transmitting pollution and is not suitable for large-scale production.

One step "injection blowing": "Injection and blow molding" are completed on the same machine, divided into three station and two station "injection blowing". Among them, the three station "injection blowing" bottle making machine has high production efficiency, short cycle, and can achieve the whole production process without contact with human hands, ensuring product hygiene and cleanliness. Domestic standardized pharmaceutical packaging enterprises basically adopt this process equipment.
