Beauty product bottles made of different materials have significant differences in production processes due to differences in material characteristics such as melting point, plasticity, chemical stability, etc. The core goal is to balance the sealing, aesthetics, and protection of beauty ingredients in the container.

1. Plastic bottles
Molding process:
Injection molding: suitable for thick walled containers such as cream bottles and bottle caps. By injecting molten plastic into the mold cavity for cooling and solidification, complex shapes and high-precision dimensions can be achieved.
Blow molding: including extrusion blow molding, injection molding blow molding, injection stretch blowing and other processes, which are used to produce thin-walled containers such as lotion bottles, essence bottles and so on. By blowing, the plastic parison is expanded to fit the inner wall of the mold, which has the advantages of high production efficiency and low cost.
Surface treatment: Screen printing, hot stamping, spraying, electroplating and other processes can be used to achieve decorative effects such as patterns, text, metal texture, etc., enhancing the beauty and grade of the product.
2. Glass bottle
Molding process:
Moulding: It is a mainstream process. It is blown or pressed in the mold through high-temperature molten glass. It is suitable for large-scale production of standard bottles, such as perfume bottles, essence liquid bottles, etc. It has the advantages of high transparency and good chemical stability.
Controlled molding: Suitable for small batches and irregular bottle shapes, the glass tube is heated and blown into shape through manual or semi-automatic operation, with low production efficiency but high flexibility.
Surface treatment: It can be treated with sandblasting, colored glaze, coating, etc. The sandblasting process can give the glass bottle a frosted texture, the colored glaze process can achieve complex patterns and colors, and the coating process can increase the metallic luster or functionality.
